- This class is designed to gently stretch and strengthen your body while also improving your balance. Students will use chairs for beginning class in a seated pose with centering breaths. Follow the instructor as you are guided through poses in which you can chose to use a chair, the wall or practice with props. As students progress in their practice these supports may no longer be needed. You will leave this class feeling less stressed, yet invigorated! Many students notice a decrease in aches and pains and a more positive mindset from practicing yoga. No previous yoga experience is necessary. This class moves at a gentle pace and is appropriate for any age or level of fitness.

Mat Pilates is a mind-body system of exercises. The methodology's mat exercises, which range from fundamental to advanced, are the foundation of the entire repertoire. Mat work is distinct from apparatus training because you must control your body weight against gravity. Focus is on the breath and working the core, as well as strengthening and stretching other parts of the body. Class will be concluded with a brief relaxation time.

- This class is designed to gently stretch and strengthen your body while also improving your balance. Students will use chairs for beginning class in a seated pose with centering breaths. Follow the instructor as you are guided through poses in which you can chose to use a chair, the wall or practice with props. As students progress in their practice these supports may no longer be needed. You will leave this class feeling less stressed, yet invigorated! Many students notice a decrease in aches and pains and a more positive mindset from practicing yoga. No previous yoga experience is necessary. This class moves at a gentle pace and is appropriate for any age or level of fitness.

Mat Pilates is a mind-body system of exercises. The methodology's mat exercises, which range from fundamental to advanced, are the foundation of the entire repertoire. Mat work is distinct from apparatus training because you must control your body weight against gravity. Focus is on the breath and working the core, as well as strengthening and stretching other parts of the body. Class will be concluded with a brief relaxation time.
